  • Q1: When can I make a reservation?
    A1 : Reservations can be made via the Internet from the first day (midnight) two months prior to the applicable month. (July 1 → Reservations start from September 1 to 30)
  • Q2: Can I choose the site location?
    A2 : All of our facilities are free sites. You can choose your preferred site in the order of entry.
  • Q3: The number of nights within my group differs, how should I make a reservation? (There are families who come overnight and day use, etc.)
    A3 : You can reserve multiple sites, but if the number of nights is different, please reserve the number of sites to be used for each night.
  • Q4: Until when can I cancel?
    A4 : The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations of overnight stays, one-day use, and foods. Free of charge until 2 weeks prior to the date of stay. 20% from 2 weeks to 8 days prior. 40% from 2 weeks to 7 days prior to the date of stay. 60% up to 6 or 5 days prior to the check-in date. 80% until 4 or 3 days before the check-in date. 100% from 2 days before. 100% for no-call cancellations. Cancellation due to weather. We reserve the right to suspend operations in the event that we deem it unsafe to use our facilities due to weather conditions as announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency. Please note that we may also cancel operations on the day of the event if we deem it unsafe to use the facility due to weather conditions. In order to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay, we do not charge a cancellation fee in the event that a cancellation is made due to inclement weather. (Cancellations must be received by noon the day before your stay.) If you have already paid in advance by credit card, we will issue a refund. Cancellation fees for food will be charged regardless of weather conditions. The timing of the refund depends on the credit card company.
  • Q5: Can I use credit card?
    A5 : Credit cards are accepted for both online reservations and on-site payments.
  • Q6: Can I pay by QR code?

  • Q7: Can I rent the rental items on the same day?
    A7 : If available, but please make a reservation as far in advance as possible. When making a reservation, please be sure to inform us of the number of items you wish to order.
  • Q8: I made a reservation online, but I did not receive an automatic reply email.
    A8 : You may have specified a domain name, or your registered address may be incorrect. Please cancel your domain name and contact us by phone or by filling out our contact form. TEL : 080-6781-8727
  • Q9: Until what time can I check in and pick up rental items?
    A9 : Check-in time is from 13:00 to 17:00 (11:00 to 17:00 for day use.) Rental items can be picked up until 19:00. If your arrival is likely to be after the check-in time, please contact us by 15:00.
  • Q10: How can I use the power supply?
    A10 : Available as an option. Capacity up to 1500W. Includes an extension cord.  ¥1,500 / night
  • Q11: Is it possible to come in and out at night?
    A11 : Basically, we do not allow visitors to enter or leave after 8:00 p.m. unless there are special circumstances. Because there are private houses on the narrow road to Karadomari VILLAGE.
  • Q12: Can we have fireworks?
    A12 : Fireworks are not allowed at each campsite. Only hand-held fireworks may be enjoyed on the beach. Please dispose of cinders, etc. as combustible garbage at the dump site the next morning. Please be careful of fire and bring a bucket of water to enjoy the fireworks.
  • Q13: The arrivals will be spread out, but will only those who arrive first be able to enter?
    A13 : This is possible once you have completed the check-in procedures. Please contact each other by yourself regarding the location of your site. *We may have to wait for you to be picked up and dropped off, so please make your arrival as timely as possible.
  • Q14: Are there bathing facilities?
    A14 : Hot water showers are available. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Hair dryers are also available. Towels are available for rent. There is no bathtub. There is a bathing facility 15 minutes away by car. Ito no Yubokoro 092-331-1000 http://genki-ito.jp/
  • Q15: Are amenities and hair dryers provided?
    A15 : Hair dryers are available. Amenities (toothbrushes and T-shaped razors) are available for purchase. Towels are available for rent.
  • Q16: Is there any play equipment?

  • Q17: Can I order ingredients?
    A17 : Please order at least 3 days in advance.
  • Q18: Can I bring my pet?
    A18 : Yes, it is possible. For details, please refer to the fee plan. Please present your rabies vaccination certificate at the reception desk.
  • Q19: What kind of drinks are available at the tipi bar?
